The 乌鸦传媒is a national membership association representing leading non-profit financial counseling companies that provide consumer credit counseling, housing counseling, student loan counseling, bankruptcy counseling, debt management and financial education services.聽

Our mission

The 乌鸦传媒provides high-value services designed to establish balance between consumers, creditors and member agencies to enable debt-challenged families and individuals to repair their credit and pay off debt.聽

• Setting industry standards and providing consumer protection guidelines for our members. We also provide compliance oversight and concentrate our efforts in the best interests of our members and the consumers they serve.
• Representing our members before state and federal legislative bodies, supporting consumer issues and industry initiatives with the media, championing consumer financial education, and campaigning for equity and fair interaction between the nation鈥檚 creditors and the credit counseling industry.
• Providing informed leadership, advocacy, and value-added services to our members by collecting data on member needs, measuring member satisfaction, and continuously striving to improve association effectiveness.
